Four tours without fail in the final, were won by Philippe Le Jeune in the World Championship for Jumping, disputed in Kentucky.
Veteran Belgian rider 50 years old, won with a comfortable lead of eight points over the Saudi Abdullah Al Sharbatly to who was the silver medal, while Canada's Eric Lamaze was the third place finish with nine points.
The great "Hickstead" with four consecutive runs without making any demolition was the best horse in the final.
